The main focus in my laboratory is to investigate the interaction between TMPRSS2-ERG fusion gene and PTEN genomic deletions in PCA. We are also interested in characterizing novel genetic alterations and biomarkers in incidental, localized and hormone refractory PCA using a wide selection of patient cohorts, cell line and mouse models.
