个人简介
杨芷晴，经济学博士，公共管理学博士后，华中科技大学公共管理学院副教授、博士生导师。
近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目和中国博士后基金项目，研究成果发表于Food Policy, China Economic Review, Energy Economics，《财政研究》《税务研究》《财贸经济》等国内外主流学术期刊，相关成果入选ESI高被引论文（前1%）。
