个人简介

毕业于南开大学化学系,先后获得理学学士和博士学位,导师为刘育教授。研究方向为超分子化学。博士毕业后转向糖化学和糖生物学的研究领域,并赴美国Iowa State University的Nicola L. Pohl教授研究组进行博士后研究,主要从事Brucella抗原五糖分子的合成及基于寡糖的抗体检测生物芯片(Microarray)的研究。此后于2009年1月回国并加入课题组,任讲师。2011年10月晋升为副教授,2014年12月起任教授、博士生导师。先后获得国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金(2021)、优秀青年基金(2013)、上海市教委“曙光学者”(2013)、上海市科委“启明星”计划(2013)等项目的资助。作为通讯作者,在Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Chem. Rev., Nature Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. 研究领域

基于糖-蛋白质相互作用的蛋白质精确自组装 糖是三类最重要的生物大分子之一,“糖-蛋白”识别是生命体中重要和基本的自组装驱动力,但迄今它在超分子自组装研究中并未得到充分重视。我们发现,蛋白质可在小分子配体的诱导下通过糖-蛋白作用形成高度规整的晶体、纳米管及平面片层结构等。基于这一发现,我们开拓了新的研究方向:多重非共价作用协同驱动的蛋白质精确自组装。 基于糖的大分子组装体的免疫学功能 肿瘤免疫治疗是当今生命科学界关注的热点。同时,近年来,各类糖分子在免疫学中的功能也逐渐被揭示。课题组最新的研究成果揭示含糖大分子组装体可将免疫抑制型的巨噬细胞转变为免疫激活型,显示了这类组装体在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的潜力。我们在这个方向上将针对免疫功能的需求设计和开发各类含糖组装体,构建其结构和免疫功能的关系,探求开发相关免疫制剂的可能性。 糖化学反应驱动的大分子自组装 糖化学中有一些重要的、发展成熟的化学反应,但是长期以来在大分子自组装的研究中,这类化学反应的作用被忽略了。我们首次利用糖分子在保护-脱保护反应中所体现出的极性变化,成功诱导糖聚合物进行自组装。研究表明,糖化学反应驱动的大分子自组装是内容丰富具有很大发展空间的新方向。 超分子化学驱动的大分子自组装 江明教授的长期研究发展了“大分子自组装的非嵌段共聚物路线”,由此获得一系列的“非共价键合胶束(NCCM)”。近年来,由于引入了包括包结络合作用在内的多种超分子相互作用,该路线有了实质性的发展。我们课题组将继续基于这一研究思路,构建一系列的大分子自组装新体系,以期获得具有多重环境响应性和具有应用潜力的组装体。
