个人简介
吴豪,男, 1985 年出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。 2003 年 9 月进入华中科技大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业学习, 2012 年从美国佐治亚理工学院 (Georgia Institute of Technology) 机械工程系获得博士学位,之后在美国英特尔公司 (Intel Corporation, USA) 电子封装测试技术研发部担任工艺研发高级工程师。 2016 年 6 月回到华中科技大学从事教学科研工作,主要研究领域为先进电子制造工艺与装备,具体研究方向包括柔性电子器件与系统集成,异质异构芯片制造工艺与装备。
发表学术论文六十余篇,其中回校工作后以通讯作者或第一作者在 Science Translational Medicine, National Science Review, Advanced Materials 等相关领域权威期刊发表论文三十余篇,研究成果多次被科技媒体亮点报道。担任微纳精密制造领域知名期刊 Precision Engineering 副主编 (Associate Editor , 2015 至今 ) , National Science Open 副主编 (Associate Editor , 2023-2026) . IEEE 会员, ASME 会员, MRS 会员,中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国机械工程学会机器人分会委员,湖北省人工智能学会理事。入选国家海外高层次人才计划,湖北省特聘专家,获得制造工程师学会杰出青年制造工程师奖 (SME OYME) 等奖励。获授权发明专利 30 余项,其中第一发明人申请 2 项美国专利。
