主要研究方向及成果：
以果蝇胚胎为主要研究对象，关注动物胚胎发育过程中细胞间动态互作机制。系统性研究了胚胎发育过程中表皮细胞对机械信号的感受以及在细胞间传导的分子生物学机制，优化了体内光遗传学方法，刻画了表皮细胞行为的协同特征，发现了介导该协同行为的分子基础，并进一步揭示了该特征对胚胎发育和组织形态发生的重要贡献。
研究兴趣 /Research Interests:
Investigating the mechanism of dynamic cellular communication and interaction during tissue morphogenesis in Drosophila embryos, with a focus on Adherens Junctions and Mechanosensitive Ion Channels .
