个人简介
刘炎,华中科技大学船舶与海洋工程学院副教授。2016年在密歇根大学获博士学位,2016-2018年在西门子研究公司、里海大学ATLSS研究中心从事研究工作。主要研究方向为船舶与海洋工程结构全生命周期风险管理、结构可靠性设计理论等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部外专项目及国防科研项目等。主要研究成果获得美国土木工程师学会Raymond C Reese Award,入选湖湖北省海外高层次人才计划、华中卓越学者计划。担任国际全寿命土木工程协会委员、船舶力学委员会人工智能应用技术学组委员。
