个人简介

2010年本科毕业于山东大学物理学院,2015年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学物理学院,2015年至2021年在中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所从事科研工作,历任助理研究员,副研究员(硕士生导师)。目前主要从事低维材料物性与器件应用研究,特别是近年来围绕人工光电突触器件构筑及其在神经网络中的应用研究、新型光电探测器、柔性电子器件等方面取得了系列性研究成果。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年基金、山东能源研究院科研创新基金和山东省自然科学基金博士基金等课题。已在Natl. Sci. Rev., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Today, Nano Lett., ACS Cent. Sci., Appl. Phys. Lett., ACS Appl. Mater.
