个人简介
何波教授带领水下机器人实验室(UVL)、智能感知与机器学习实验室(IPML)长期开展水下机器人的自主导航、决策控制研究,以及人工智能在海洋机器人上的应用,发展新一代自主式潜航器关键技术,推动高自主、高效率的海洋科学观测方法;同时,实验室开展一系列新型海洋监测探测传感器与观测系统的研发工作。何波教授曾担任国家“十二五”863海洋新型传感器主题首席科学家,“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目的首席科学家。何波教授带领团队经过多年持续努力,取得一系列技术突破:2009年在国内率先突破了AUV自主导航关键技术——AUV SLAM;2015年提出并实现了“感知驱动”的AUV海底地形地貌精确探测技术;2019年在国际上首次提出并发展的具有自主知识产权的“AUV数据驱动技术体系”,引领了国内外基于AI的水下移动观测和海洋高效调查技术发展。2020年在国内首次实现了智慧型碳纤维复合材料深海耐压壳体制备,并通过了深海海试验证,上述几个突破点都是下一代AUV的核心技术。此外,项目团队重点围绕自主式无人潜航器AUV开展持续攻关,已经形成全谱系的AUV装备(微型、小型、中型、大型),工作深度从100米到6000米,技术成熟度达到了8~9级。团队利用构建的AUV系列平台积极开展海洋工程服务,为海军潜艇学院、山仪所、中船探测研究院等单位的海洋水下科学观测、海洋工程勘测、工程施工、重大科研试验等提供技术装备支撑,服务行业重大需求。近年,研究团队持续承担国家重点研发计划项目、863主题项目、军科委项目、科技部国际合作项目、国家自然基金、国家实验室项目等若干项。发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录约70余篇,获得专利授权30余项,软件登记40余项。在承担国家、省市纵向科研任务的同时,也承接企事业单位的科研委托开发,并开展产学研合作、技术转移工作。******************************************硕博士招生**********************************:UVL实验室毕业生具有较强的竞争力,硕士生大部分薪资在30-50万之间,博士生在40-90万之间。UVL实验室的硕士生,在三年研究生期间,将获得如下培训、培养和科研锻炼:(1)嵌入式系统开发,基于C或C++的ARM、DSP、MCU开发,基于嵌入式实时操作系统的机器人系统开发;FPGA应用开发;(2)机器人AI算法开发,包括深度学习、强化学习框架的目标识别、分类;面向水下无人系统的智能规划、决策、自主控制、自主导航、故障诊断、集群协同等算法的开发;工具:Python、Matlab、C++(3)复杂电子系统的设计与开发,电磁兼容性设计、微弱信号检测与处理等,传感器电路设计与信号处理板设计;机器人驱动系统设计,直流无刷电机驱动与控制;电池管理系统设计;(4)机器人软件架构设计,机器人测控与通信程序设计,大型仿真软件设计
