个人简介
罗雄剑,东南大学教授,博士生导师。入选国家海外高层次引进人才并获基金委优秀青年科学基金支持。课题组长期致力于精神疾病的遗传机制和功能基因组学研究,利用全基因组范围内的关联研究(GWAS),结合生物信息学、功能基因组学及神经生物学等,从分子、细胞、模式动物和人等多个层次进行重要精神疾病易感基因的功能及其机制研究,主要目标是阐明精神疾病的遗传机制和致病机理,为预防和治疗精神疾病提供诊断及预后的分子标志物以及治疗靶标。目前研究方向主要集中在:1.精神疾病遗传学和功能基因组学;2.精神疾病动物模型建立及致病机理研究;3.精神疾病潜在治疗靶标和抗精神疾病药物研究。相关工作发表于Nature Human Behaviour、Brain、Nature Communications、Advanced Science、Molecular Psychiatry、Biological Psychiatry、Genome Medicine等有国际影响力的学术期刊。目前总共发表SCI论文70余篇,其中第一和通讯作者论文50篇(近5年发表IF 10-20分18篇)。研究成果三度被Faculty of 1000推荐。担任英国医学研究理事会(MRC)抑郁症项目评审专家,任BMC Psychiatry的Associate Editor。
