个人简介
东南大学上岗副研究员,小米青年学者,江苏省集成电路学会青工委成员,硕士生导师。分别于2017年和2022年获北京大学理学学士和理学博士学位,之后获北京大学博雅博士后项目资助,2024年博士后出站。2024年9月加入东南大学集成电路学院,主要从事忆阻器、能源器件、能源信息一体化和神经形态计算方面的研究工作。目前主持了国自然青年科学基金(C类)、中国博士后面上基金等三个项目,并在IEDM、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences、IEEE TED、Advanced Electronic Materials等国际高水平期刊和会议上发表论文29篇,以一作或通讯身份发表论文14篇,申请或授权专利10项。
