个人简介

研究生学历，博士学位，硕士生导师教育经历：博士毕业于美国俄亥俄州立大学，食品科学与技术（辅修：统计数据分析）专业。与哈佛大学医学院、美国得克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校戴尔医学院、美国俄亥俄州立大学韦克斯纳医学中心、美国国家卫生院（NIH）等开展跨领域合作研究工作。科研与学术经历：姚思聿，东南大学研究生导师，现为美国食品科学学会(IFT)、美国Coblenz光谱协会、中国营养学会、江苏省营养学会会员。研究成果入选“2024年江苏省青年科技人才托举工程”、“2023年度江苏省装备制造领域十大科技进展”、“2024年江苏省科技副总”等。荣获美国俄亥俄州立大学杰出研究奖、美国食品科学学会研究奖、美国食品科学学会（IFT）学术会议竞赛一等奖、南京市海智湾青年留学人才等。
