Dr. Zeng’s research interests are in various areas of surface and colloid science, nanotechnology, with a special focus on the intermolecular and surface forces (adhesion, friction, lubrication, etc.) in polymer materials, complex fluid, biological systems, petroleum, oil sands and minerals, and development of advanced functional materials with novel engineering and biomedical applications.
