2002.9-2008.3 东南大学电子工程系,获物理电子学硕士、博士学位。
工作经历
2000.9-2002.6 东南大学电工电子中心,流动助教
2008.3-今 东南大学电子科学与工程学院教师(讲师、副教授、教授)
2014.3-2015.3 美国UC Davis访问学者
主持完成了国家自然基金面上/青年基金一项,江苏省产学研前瞻性项目一项,专项项目多项。目前主持专项项目多项,参与多项省部级课题。在IEEE TMTT,EDL,TED等国际期刊及会议共发表七十余篇相关文章,真空电子技术期刊青年编委,IEEE TED/ IEEE EDL/ Elsiver等期刊审稿人。获江苏省科学进步奖一等奖一项(排名2),获得十余项发明专利授权。
