个人简介

黄小美,湖南安仁人,工学博士,2008年博士毕业于重庆大学供热、供燃气、通风及空调专业燃气方向。现任重庆大学教授,博士研究生导师,土木工程学院清洁能源研究所副所长,国家勘察设计注册公用设备工程师(动力),国家注册安全工程师。主要从事燃气安全、可再生燃气及氢能利用、甲烷减排等教学与研究工作。主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项,主持重庆市自然科学基金项目1项;主持或参加国家科技支撑项目、研发计划子课题3项,主持横向项目三十余项;发表论文70余篇,其中SCI、EI检索论文20余篇;主编教材2部,参编教材及手册2部,参编标准规范4项;获权发明专利3项,实用新型10余项。
