主持重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费资助项目。作为主要完成人参与国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项,国家重大科研仪器研制项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。在IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems,IEEE Sensors Journal,IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices,Microsystem Technologies等行业重要期刊和IEEE MEMS Conference等重要会议上发表学术论文10余篇,已授权中国发明专利10余项。
