个人简介

During doctoral study, I was engaged in the synthesis of near-room temperature thermoelectric materials and related theoretical calculations, focusing on the study of thermoelectric materials in the [Bi2]m[Bi2Q3]n family. Based on theoretical calculations, analyzed the relationship between their electrical properties and thermal properties and structure. In this process, the interlayer interaction mechanism of [Bi 2 ] layer and [Bi 2 Q 3 ] layer in this family of compounds is revealed, which provides a new idea for improving the thermoelectric properties of the materials.
