研究领域

从事微成形技术、材料加工过程中的数值模拟,轻合金塑性成形技术研究。 (1)发现轧制态镁合金力学性能的尺寸效应受晶向影响(Mater. Des, 2013)。 (2)提出了一种“近固相线温度轧制复合制备金属叠层复合材料的方法”(授权发明专利ZL200810157189.X);确定了适合于叠层复合材料性能预测模型(J. Mater. Sci., 2010),开展了7075铝合金/Mg-Gd-Y镁合金轧制复合实验研究(Bull. Mater. Sci., 2011),验证了预测模型。通过模型计算,发现以AZ31替代Mg-Gd-Y比强度更高,且成本更低(中国有色金属学报,2010),进而开展了7075铝合金/AZ31镁合金/7075铝合金轧制复合研究(Mater. Sci. Eng. A, 2011),获得了当年轧制复合铝合金/镁合金叠层材料最高结合强度。结合铝镁叠层复合材料爆炸复合后的轧制出现的问题(Key Eng. Mater. , 2010),提出了新的铝镁叠层复合材料轧制复合判据(Mater. Des, 2011)和铝镁叠层复合材料轧制咬入条件(Mater. Des, 2011)。 (3)国内最早开展了义齿离心铸造过程的模拟与缺陷预测工作(J. Mater. Sci., 2005)。
