个人简介
关成华，男，满族， 1968 年 8 月 生 ，辽宁建平人， 1986 年 6 月 加入 中国共产党， 1993 年 7 月参加工作，北京大学法学理论专业毕业，
研究生学历，法学博士学位。 北京师范大学教授 、博士生导师 ， 哈 佛大学 肯尼迪政府学院、法学院高级 访问学者。
现任北京师范大学校务委员会副主任 、 创新发展研究院院长、创新发展研究中心（珠海）主任 ，兼任 首都科技发展战略研究院院长 、
城市绿色发展科技战略研究北京市重点实验室主任 、 联合国工业发展组织绿色产业平台中国办公室主任
、中国产学研融合创新体系研究中心联合主任、珠海市民营经济发展研究院理事长，同时担任北京市政府专家咨询会委员、 工信部中国 - 中东欧中小企业研究院特聘专家
、珠海市发展规划专家委员会委员、 珠海市人大常委会财经咨询专家、 佛山南海区建设广东省城乡融合发展改革创新实验区工作专家顾问等职。
曾任北京大学助教、讲师、副教授。历任北京大学团委书记、校学生工作部部长，共青团北京市委副书记、书记、市青年联合会主席，北京青年政治学院党委书记，中共北京市昌平区委副书记、代区长、区长、区委书记等职。
