个人简介

华东师范大学社会与管理心理学系助理教授，明园晨晖学者。主要关注积极心理学相关理论在不同领域的应用，比如管理学，行为经济学，智能科技等领域。研究兴趣包括个人成长，幸福感（eudaimonia & hedonia），以及主动行为。尝试从不同的角度（比如心理，行为，科技等）解释和回答如何促进自我实现和个人成长。已在Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Happiness Studies, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology上发表多篇论文。教育经历 2017 - 2022 荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学，组织行为学博士 2014 - 2017 山东大学，行为经济学硕士 2009 - 2013 山东大学，工学学士工作经历 2023 - 华东师范大学，助理教授，社会与管理心理学系 2022 - 2023 荷兰代尔夫特理工大学，博士后研究员，以人为中心的设计系

研究领域

研究方向为积极心理学和管理心理学。主要通过经验取样法，纵向调查，动态系统建模等方法研究：（1）如何通过主动行为促进和维持个人的最优状态（optimal functioning）（2）如何通过主动行为促进自我实现和员工个人资源增长（eudaimonia）（3）如何利用科技更好地发挥人的潜能（technology）
