教育背景 2004-03--2007-01 上海交通大学 博士 学位 2001年6月,苏州大学,物理系获学士 2004年1月,苏州大学,物理系获硕士学位 2007年1月,上海交通大学,获博士学位 工作经历 2007年1月-2009年4月为美国陶氏化学亚太研发中心研发专员 2009年5月-2010年8月为常州大学助理研究员 2010年9月,任中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所副研究员 2015年7月-2017年6月,先后兼任上海新池能源科技有限公司CTO和GM 2017年12月-2020年11月,兼任宁波大学客座教授 2014年1月至今,任中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所研究员 2018年3月至今,兼任上海烯望材料科技有限公司首席科学家
