个人简介

刘明,男,教授,博士生导师,哈工大航天学院卫星技术研究所副所长,2018、2019年入选Clarivate Analytics全球高被引学者,2017年、2013 年分别入选国家级青年人才,2012年获黑龙江省自然科学奖一等奖 (排名第三)。以负责人身份主持如下项目:国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、哈尔滨工业大学青年拔尖教授选聘计划、哈尔滨工业大学人才引进科研启动项目、哈工大重点实验室开放基金(3项)、中国博士后面上资助(一等)、2012年中国博士后基金特别资助、黑龙江省科学基金青年基金等。 目前担任国际SCI源期刊Journal of The Franklin Institute的编委。 参与国家973重大基础研究计划、国家自然科学基金重大专项等重大项目。 近年来,刘明教授取得了一系列创新成果并发表在《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》、《Automatica》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》等国际权威期刊上。其中在国际控制领域顶级期刊《Automatica》上以第一作者身份发表论文5 篇(含1篇长文),在《IEEE Trans系列汇刊》上发表论文10篇 (长文9篇),在航空航天领域顶级期刊《Journal of Guidance, Control and Dynamics》上发表论文1 篇。发表论文被SCI 检索收录30余篇(第一作者19 篇),11篇学术论文入选ESI高被引论文,SCI引用总次数4000余次,其中SCI他引总数3200余次(截止2021年11月)。同时,研究工作得到了多位国际著名学者的公开评价,其中包括多位国家科学院/工程院院士、20余位IEEE Fellow。 荣誉称号 2019年 入选Clarivate Analytics全球高被引学者 2018年 入选Clarivate Analytics全球高被引学者 2017年 入选国家级青年人才 2016年 获黑龙江省优秀博士后出站报告奖 2015年 入选哈尔滨工业大学 青年拔尖人才教授选聘计划 2013年 入选国家级青年人才 2012年 获黑龙江省自然科学奖一等奖(排名第三) 2009年 获香港城市大学杰出学术奖 工作经历 2015.12---至今 哈尔滨工业大学 教授 (破格) 2013.04---至今 哈尔滨工业大学 博导 (破格) 2012.12---2015.12 哈尔滨工业大学 副教授 (破格) 教育经历 2006.09——2009.09 香港城市大学 数学系 博士 2003.09——2006.03 东北大学 运筹学与控制论 硕士 1999.09——2003.06 东北大学 信息与计算科学 学士 主要任职 担任如下国际SCI期刊编委: Associate Editor of IEEE Control Systems Letters (2022-) Associate Editor of Journal of The Franklin Institute (Elsevier) (2012-)
