个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）经济管理学院副教授，博导。荷兰代尔夫特理工大学公共管理学博士。曾在德国柏林自由大学和北京大学从事博士后研究。研究方向为区域发展、低碳政策影响和基础设施建设对经济和社会影响分析。主要成果发表在 Climate policy, Cites, Journal of Transport Geography 等国内外高水平期刊。主持国家自然科学基金项目、广东省自科社科项目、深圳市自科项目，获 2023 年黑龙江省社会科学学科优秀成果奖，论文二等奖， 2022 年 Global Public Policy and Governane 最佳论文奖。每年招收硕士 2-3 名，博士生 1 名。 Haiyan Lu is an associate professor and a PhD supervisor in Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen). Her research interests include regional development, carbon emission efficiency, low carbon policy analysis, infrastructure impact and individual green behavior.
