教育经历 2014.08 – 2018.08, 香港中文大学电子工程系,博士 2011.09 – 2014.07, 国家纳米科学中心,硕士 2007.09 – 2011.06, 湖南大学应用物理系,学士 工作经历 2023 – 今,北京理工大学物理学院,准聘教授 2021 – 2022,北京理工大学物理学院,特别研究员 2018 – 2021,香港中文大学电子工程系,博士后,合作导师:Jian-Bin Xu讲席教授 学术成就 在JACS、Appl. Phys. Rev.、Sci. Bull.、Nat. Comm.、EDL、APL等国际期刊发表论文50余篇,引用2000余次,H因子为20。获得应用物理评论年度论文奖、二维材料器件国际会议最佳论文奖等。担任多种SCI期刊审稿人,Frontiers in Physics/Materials系列客座主编、编委会成员等,朝阳区青年联合会第七届委员会委员。主要创新性研究成果包括:(1)发现了高态密度二维半金属材料对探针分子具有无等离激元的超灵敏拉曼散射增强效应;(2)利用界面工程优化二维材料电子/光电子器件的性能;(3)大面积二维半导体材料的高效制备和缺陷控制。

研究领域

主要研究方向为低维量子功能材料的光电子学特性和高性能光电子器件应用。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面: (1)基于二维材料的光电子器件,包括红外探测器、硅基集成器件、集成化智能视觉器件等 (2)二维材料中的光与物质相互作用特性及基于此的传感器件 (3)大面积二维材料及其异质结构的可控制备和界面特性
