个人简介

朱作峰,中国农业大学农学院教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,植物遗传育种系主任。 团队长期致力于栽培稻平行驯化的分子机理研究。通过分离控制重要驯化性状的关键基因,解析其驯化的分子机制,并比较这些驯化性状的分子机理在非洲栽培稻和亚洲栽培稻中的异同,为全面揭示非洲栽培稻和亚洲栽培稻平行驯化的规律提供重要基础,同时为水稻遗传改良提供新的基因资源。近年来,克隆了多个控制水稻落粒性、穗型、株型、粒重等性状的关键驯化基因,揭示了其分子调控机理,相关研究结果在Nature Communications、Nature Plants、Molecular Plant 和 Plant Journal 等杂志上发表。主持国家自然科学基金,国家科技重点项目子课题等10余项,共发表SCI论文30余篇,获得国家发明专利5项。 学习经历 2001/09-2004/06,中国农业大学,植物遗传育种系,博士 1998/09-2001/06,中国农业大学,植物遗传育种系,硕士 1994/09-1998/06,莱阳农学院,园艺系,学士 工作经历 2013/12-现在 中国农业大学,植物遗传育种系,教授 2006/12-2013/11,中国农业大学,植物遗传育种系,副教授 2008/07-2010/6,日本生物资源研究所,日本学术振兴会 (JSPS)外国人特别研究员 2004/07-2006/11,中国农业大学,植物遗传育种系,讲师
