郑亮，男，汉族，1988年7月生，山东淄博人，中共党员。2011年、2013年和2017年分别在西北农林科技大学、中国农业大学、比利时根特大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位。2018年进入中国农业大学水利与土木工程学院担任教师。
