研究领域

植物病毒病对全球农业生产和粮食安全带来了严重威胁。主要研究方向为植物病毒与宿主植物相互作用的分子机制研究。以植物RNA病毒大麦条纹花叶病毒 (Barley stripe mosaic virus, BSMV) 等为模式病毒, 解析病毒侵染过程中与宿主植物 (本生烟、大麦、小麦等) 的防御及反防御策略, 深入理解病毒侵染的分子机制, 以及宿主应对病原物侵染的防御手段
