个人简介

崔益民,博士,教授,硕士、博士研究生导师,主要从事钙钛矿结构多铁性物质表面、界面结构和物理特性等方面的研究工作,发现多铁型氧化物薄膜的反常磁学和电学特性,揭示出薄膜微结构调控与物理性能耦合的应变机制,发现多铁型氧化物异质界面的电阻开关效应及其可见光调制现象,探明界面结构与性能调控的物理机理。近年主持参加国家自然科学基金、国家研究专项课题等各类项目20余项,发表SCI论文100余篇,授权国家发明专利8项,指导硕士研究生、博士研究生20人次,指导本科毕设12人次,参与获北航教学成果一等奖、二等奖等。 工作经历 2014/07– 至今,北京航空航天大学,物理学院,教授 2007/07–2014/06,北京航空航天大学,物理科学与核能工程学院,副教授 2011/05–2011/08,新加坡南洋理工大学,物理系,访问学者 2010/07–2010/09,新加坡南洋理工大学,物理系,访问学者 2005/10–2007/06,北京航空航天大学,理学院,讲师 2003/08–2005/09,清华大学,物理系,博士后 1994/07 – 1997/08,新威集团公司、希捷公司 教育背景 合肥工业大学,学士、硕士 中国科学院等离子体物理研究所,博士 奖励与荣誉 崔益民(4/8),磁、光功能材料的界面设计、调控和构效关系研究,2016年度中国材料研究学会科学技术奖,一等奖(编号161-03),2016 学术兼职 ACS Appl.
