个人简介

华东师范大学精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室,教育部科学技术委员会委员、上海市激光学会副理事长、上海市生物物理学会副理事长。1998年毕业于华东师范大学物理学系,获博士学位。主要从事复杂分子体系及其纳米团簇超快光场量子操控的研究,着重于技术创新、装置研制与前沿基础紧密融合的研究,拓展复杂分子体系以及纳米团簇精密测量和量子操控的理论和实验研究基础。先后自主研制和构建了时-频精密操控的飞秒激光脉冲整形系统、尺度选择纳米团簇电子离子动量谱仪、飞秒脉冲波包干涉仪、压缩超快成像系统、离子速度成像仪、飞秒电子衍射系统等;开展了飞秒激光表面等离激元诱导微纳结构及其超快动力学研究,提出了基于Fano共振暗态实现Spaser的新方案,为表面增强光谱学达到单分子探测水平提供了新思路;发明了光谱分辨压缩超快成像(HCUP)和超快电光偏转成像(UEODI)新技术,突破光学成像维度的局限性,不仅具有超快成像的时间分辨能力,而且可获得频谱信息;开展了有关分子离子及团簇光电能谱研究,提出系列电子非线性光场激发操控新原理和新机制,并实验验证了单光子、双光子以及多光子相干激发增强和抑制操控,提高多光子电离光电子能谱的强度、光谱分辨率以及选择性;研究飞秒脉冲与分子多能级量子体系的相互作用的新机制和新方法,实现飞秒激光解离动力学非线性相干控制,获得若干有机分子多光子解离离子的动力学过程及其机制。先后主持或参加包括2项国家自然科学基金重点项目、2项国家自然科学基金仪器项目、4项国家自然科学基金项目、2项“973”子项目、10余项省部级重点项目等在内的研究项目。先后在国际学术刊物上发表论文280余篇和30项发明专利,先后获得上海市自然科学一、二等奖、教育部自然科学提名二等奖。
