个人简介

1989年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,1995年华东师范大学无线电物理专业获博士学位。现任华东师范大学上海市磁共振重点实验室副主任。曾主持开发了完全自主知识产权的磁共振成像系统软件及多种型号的医用磁共振成像系统。目前主要研究领域为人工智能在医学影像领域中的应用,主持开发了磁共振多扩散分析软件、多标记软件、影像组学研究平台FeatureExplorer、前列腺计算机辅助诊断系统等多种软件,被广泛应用于医学影像人工智能的研究中。作为课题负责人,承担过30多项科研项目,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文172篇,其中SCI论文95篇。授权国家发明专利10余项。注册软件著作权4项。 教育经历 1989年,毕业于中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系高分子化学专业,获学士学位 1995年,毕业于华东师范大学分析测试中心波谱学与量子电子学专业,获博士学位 工作经历 1995-1997,华东师范大学物理系讲师 1997年—,华东师范大学物理系副研究员 2012年—,上海市磁共振重点实验室副主任 2020年—,博士生导师

研究领域

主要研究方向为磁共振成像相关算法和软件的研发,包括:磁共振图像重建、后处理、可视化等,特别是人工智能在上述领域的作用;基于人工智能的计算机辅助诊疗;磁共振成像的应用。 曾主持开发过磁共振成像系统软件的研发,主持及参与了多个磁共振成像系统的研发;从事过的研究还包括磁共振核磁共振波谱学应用,特别是固体核磁共振波谱学在多相聚合物体系相结构和分子运动的核磁共振研究等。
