个人简介

教育经历 2003 – 2010：北京师范大学认知神经科学博士 1999 – 2003：北京师范大学心理学学士工作经历： 2010.09至今北京师范大学心理学院教学工作在北京师范大学潜心耕耘十多年，倾力打造了《心理学导论》、《教育心理学》、《Matlab 入门与进阶》、《虚拟现实技术》、《游戏心理学》和《基于Python的实验编程技术》等课程。获奖情况 2015-2016：获北京师范大学北京师范教育建设与改革项目教学优秀奖 2008-2009：获北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室学术优秀奖

研究领域

（a）基础认知心理学（b）基于游戏的测评（c）人因工程与用户体验研究方向蒋挺老师课题组主要有三个大的研究方向： 1. 基础认知心理学方向：主要关注数学认知、选择性注意和第二语言学习等领域。 2. 游戏心理学方向：主要关注基于游戏的心理测评、功能游戏设计开发、基于游戏大数据的玩家人格研究和游戏体验优化等主题。 3. 人因工程与用户体验方向：主要关注人机交互场景中的人因安全问题与工效学问题，以及心理学理论导向的产品用户体验优化和开发等。课题组会结合学生自身的职业生涯发展和规划，为学生设计最佳的成长路径，并承诺一切与成长相关的资源一定配置到位，还会有专门为技术研发设定的赏金奖励机制。
