个人简介

严继舟,水产与生命学院生物学系教授。九三学社社员。 1980年至1988年就读武汉大学医学部医学系和病原生物学专业,先后获医学学士和硕士学位。1993年至1995年获中英科技合作项目资助在英国伦敦大学伦敦卫生和热带医学学院(London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine)进修血清流行病学和分子生物学。1996年-1999年攻读第二军医大学病原生物学博士获医学博士学位。2000年6月-2005年3月美国国立卫生研究院主要研究转基因技术和斑马鱼发育基因组学。2005年3月应聘美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院 (University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine ),从事小鼠胚胎干细胞的培养和造血干细胞定向分化以及抑癌基因表观遗传学和信号转导研究。2009年3月回国就职于上海海洋大学水产与生命学院、上海海洋大学海洋科学研究院海洋生物系统和神经科学研究所。 教学工作 [1] 本科教学:主讲《生物化学》,《生物化学实验》和《营养与疾病》。 [2] 研究生教学:主讲《生物工程原理与技术》和《组织细胞培养理论与技术》 授权专利 严继舟,杜新路,郭会萍,王成辉。一种改良注射混合液制备及使用方法。ZL 2019 1 0133030.2. 发明专利。 代表性专著和教材 [1] Gene Regulatory Networks : Methods and Protocols (Editors: Bart Deplancke, Nele Gheldof). 研究领域

淡水和海水生物在营养和生物医学研究的开发应用:水生生物组织再生和细胞可塑性的生理生化特征。目前研究课题: [1] 海星和大闸蟹特色生物活性物质的营养基因组学研究; [2] 斑马鱼心脏和下颌组织完全再生的细胞转分化及结构重建的细胞可塑性再生机制; [3] 引导性腺细胞转分化和再生的sox9-信号通路调节。
