个人简介

李斯深,1963年5月生,汉族,山东省即墨市人,教授,博导。 2010年以来,主持国家十二五支撑、国家自然科学基金、山东省良种工程等国家和省级课题10余项;2005年以来,以通讯作者发表SCI论文近20篇;2012年获山东省政府“全省粮食生产突出贡献农业科技人员”(省劳模待遇),2014获国家科技进步二等奖(第5位)。

研究领域

小麦种质资源、小麦育种、小麦重要功能基因分析、生物进化。 育种研究:(1)前期致力于高产优质相结合新品种的选育,育成的泰农18、山农17、山农21、山农25等新品种不仅产量突出,主要品质指标也达到了国家优质强筋小麦标准;(2)近期在保持高产优质的同时,主要致力于抗倒伏、水肥高效利用育种。参加试验国家和省区试的新品系在抗倒、优质、节水、节肥等方面各具特色。(3)探讨新的育种方法,并用其育成了一批以山农25、山农29为代表的新品种(系)。 理论研究:(1)构建遗传分析群体,进行SSR、DArT、SNP等分子标记分析,绘制高密度分子标记遗传图谱,进行产量、品质、节水抗旱、矿质营养、抗病等方面性状的基因/QTL分析,目前发现了一批重要的QTL或QTL簇。(2)利用EMS诱变小麦品种/系,构建突变体库,开展重要基因的功能分析。(3)利用同源克隆的方法在小麦中克隆基因,建立基因与农艺性状的关系,开发功能基因标记。(4)开展植物激素进化方面研究。
