个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料学院教授、博士生导师,前沿学部主任。1996年考入哈尔滨工业大学,先后获得学士、硕士和博士学位,博士期间在美国北卡罗莱纳大学、佐治亚理工学院进行访问研究;2005年提前留校工作并任讲师,2009年晋升为副教授,2013年破格晋升为教授,2019年到深圳校区工作。目前主要从事二维半导体材料及器件、金属能源材料等领域的研究。主持国家自然科学基金(4项)、深圳市杰出青年基金、深圳市基础研究重点基金(2项)等项目。以通讯/第一作者在Nat. Electron.、Nat. Comm.、JACS、Angew. Chem.、Adv. Mater.和Sci. Bull.等国内外期刊发表学术论文150余篇,受邀在Prog. Mater. Sci.、Adv. Mater.等期刊撰写综述,论文总引用>14000次,H因子为67 (Google Scholar);以第一完成人获黑龙江省自然科学二等奖1项(2021),作为主要完成人获省部级科技奖励2项(2012、2023)。
