个人简介

杜培军,南京大学地理信息科学系教授、博士生导师,自然资源部国土卫星遥感应用重点实验室副主任,IEEE高级会员,《遥感学报》副主编,《武汉大学学报信息科学版》、《地理与地理信息科学》、《现代测绘》等期刊编委。2001年获中国矿业大学大地测量学与测量工程学科博士学位,2002-2004年在上海交通大学图像处理与模式识别研究所(模式识别与智能系统学科)在职博士后,2006-2007年英国诺丁汉大学地球空间科学研究中心/地理学院访问学者,2014年法国格勒诺布尔综合理工大学高级访问学者。 入选教育部****特聘教授(2021)、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2006)、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象(2006)、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科学技术带头人(2006),江苏省杰出青年基金(2012)等人才计划。先后获得中国测绘学会青年测绘地理信息科技创新人才奖(2018)、中国地质学会青年地质科技奖(2012)、高校GIS论坛GIS创新人物奖(2012)、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖(2006)、江苏省高校优秀共产党员、江苏省新长征突击手等荣誉称号。 主要研究方向为城市遥感、遥感信息智能处理与地学分析、城市信息学与智慧城市,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目3项、青年项目1项、国际交流项目3项,国家863计划课题1项,教育部新世纪人才和博士点基金项目各1项,江苏省自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目1项、创新人才项目1项、面上项目1项,其他省部级科研项目20余项。在高光谱遥感影像分类新方法、基于集成学习的多源遥感影像分类与变化检测、土地资源与地质环境遥感、城市扩展与生态环境遥感等方面取得了丰富的研究成果,已发表SCI收录论文120余篇(其中RSE、IEEE TGRS、ISPRS JPRS等领域权威期刊30余篇,ESI高被引论文5篇),出版著作教材8部,获国家教学成果奖二等奖2项、省部级教学与科研奖励10余项。入选2020、2021“地理学领域爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者”和2019、2020、2021年“斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。 先后担任国际城市遥感大会(JURSE)、国际高光谱影像与信号处理研讨会(WHISPERS)、国际对地观测与遥感应用会议(EORSA)、智能对地观测系统与应用(IEOAs)国际研讨会、国际模式识别协会遥感模式识别研讨会(IAPR-PRRS)等国际会议学术(程序、组织)委员会副主席或共同主席,并兼任20余个国际、国内会议学术委员会委员。 奖励荣誉 2014年9月(寓教于研的地理信息科学专业创新人才培养模式,国家级教学成果奖二等奖,排名6/15(证书号20147073),中国人民共和国教育部 2014年9月构建多元化教学与实践体系培养行业特色测绘创新型专业人才,国家级教学成果奖二等奖,排名5/10(证书号20147599),中国人民共和国教育部 2011年9月,构建多元化教学与实践体系,培养行业特色测绘创新型专业人才,江苏省高等教育教学成果特等奖(排名第五),江苏省人民政府 2020年,地理信息云服务平台关键技术与决策支持,江苏省科学技术一等奖,排名3 2019年城市环境遥感关键技术与应用,江苏省科学技术奖三等奖,排名1,证书号:2018-3-103-R1 2019年,地表要素遥感精细识别与动态监测技术方法研究与应用,(全国)测绘科技进步奖一等奖,排名5,证书号2019-01-01-10 基于遥感和GIS的西部山区高速公路路域生态环境监测技术研究,中国公路学会科学技术奖二等奖,中国公路学会,2013,6/10 2002年8月,采煤驱动下土地生态系统演变监控与重建的综合技术,全国煤炭科学技术进步一等奖(排名第七)(该项目获2004年度国家科技进步二等奖) 2004年2月,煤矿区土地生态系统受损机理及其复垦重建的综合技术,教育部科技进步奖二等奖(排名第七) 2005年11月,基于空间信息技术的矿区陆面演变监测与生态重建决策支持,全国测绘科技进步奖(国家测绘局、中国测绘学会)三等奖(排名第二) 2004年12月,测绘专业的拓展与教学体系改革,江苏省优秀教学成果一等奖(排名第三) 2002年12月,《地理信息系统》课程江苏省二类优秀课程(排名第二) 2006年3月,霍英东教育基金会第十届高等院校青年教师奖(教学类)三等奖(项目编号103107)
