2009年博士毕业于香港中文大学。2016-2017年美国德州农工大学访问学者。在SSCI期刊发表论文多篇。开设社会心理学、心理学研究方法、高级心理统计等课程。著作Book chapters 彭华民，张洪等著。人类行为与社会环境。高等教育出版社（彭华民，徐愫主编），2014年4月，北京：高等教育出版社。

研究领域

1）积极心理学：关注与个体生命意义感有关的变量,如目标、自我与意义感，意义感建立和转移，工作意义感等;（2）社会认知与道德行为：包括去人性化的产生与后果、道德认知和道德行为、亲社会行为等
