个人简介

博士，教授，硕士生导师，MAP中心主任。在北京师范大学心理学院获得学士和博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金和教育部人文社科基金等多项科研项目，在BMC Geriatrics和心理学报等SSCI和CSSCI期刊上发表论文40余篇。开设的主要课程有心理测量、人事测评、人力资源管理前沿专题以及行为决策研究专题等。为政府部门以及银行、通信、保险、医药、教育和航空航天等行业的多家企事业提供教育评估、人才测评和人力资源管理方面的咨询服务以及承接招聘选拔测评体系构建等项目。欢迎对人力资源管理、情绪和决策、游戏测评、大数据和人工智能等主题感兴趣的同学加入我们的研究团队。译著： 1. 李中权,柳恒超译(2009).评价中心实用手册.北京:中国轻工业出版社. 2. 李中权,张立松译(2008).心理测量: 给管理者的指南. 北京:中国轻工业出版社.
