D .Medicinal Chemistry and Pesticide science, Central China Normal University and Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2010-2016) Work Experience: Postdoc Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, University of Texas Medical Branch (2016.06-2021.06) Professor Institute of Evolution & Marine Biodiversity, Ocean University of China (2020.9- ) Research Interests: Design, synthesis and biological evaluations of small molecules as chemical probes for probing function or pharmacological tools for cancer, inflammations, CNS disorders and other human diseases. 发表 J. Med. Chem. 、 Euro. J. Med. Chem. 、 Org. Lett. 等 SCI 论文 20 余篇,其中第一作者 ( 含共一 )SCI 文章 12 篇;申请专利 8 项,授权 2 项;获得美国德克萨斯大学颁发的 Herin 转化研究奖 “Herin Translational Research Award” ;受邀多次为 Cancers 和 Cells 等杂志审稿人。

研究领域

基于海洋天然产物的药物先导物发现 以神经系统疾病、肿瘤和炎症等人类重大疾病为导向,运用基于天然产物和老药新用的新型小分子药物发现策略,围绕钠通道、 GPCR 和 cAMP 信号转导通路为靶标,进行分子靶向的药物先导化合物发现及其作用机制研究。 Design, synthesis and biological evaluations of small molecules as chemical probes for probing function or pharmacological tools for cancer, inflammations, CNS disorders and other human diseases.
