1. 多功能纳米给药体系 新型纳米给药体系,利用纳米颗粒进行药物的负载,实现药物的靶向输送及定位释放;构筑多功能纳米医药平台,实现疾病诊断、药物治疗、光动力治疗及光热治疗于一体。 1) 生物医用稀土功能材料的设计制备及其发光特性研究 2) 介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒的药物靶向传递和刺激-响应的药物可控释放 3) 多功能纳米诊疗体系用于化疗药物输运、光动力治疗、光热治疗等恶性肿瘤协同治疗 2. 功能纳米材料与器件 用于大气环境检测和水中污染物处理用的纳米技术,实现气体污染物原位、快速、高灵敏检测和水中污染物的高效去除,并与可实用化技术对接,实现示范应用。 1) 基于石墨烯三维结构的气敏材料的设计与制备,高质量石墨烯纳米碳材料的宏量可控制备与可控掺杂,碳基纳米结构在气敏传感器中的应用 2) 力敏传感器与测力传感器 3) 基于层接层技术,石墨烯与功能纳米材料的二维复合光催化材料的设计与制备 3. 纳米加工与制备技术 定向、维数可控、大面积、高有序纳米结构的自组装技术,实现具有特殊功能的纳米材料的自组装。 1) 基于AFM针尖的物理与化学加工技术,包括加工原理、纳米力学模型、热回复擦除动力学模型 2) 基于嵌段共聚物模板自组装技术的纳米加工技术,用于纳米加工的自组装模板组装机理研究,通过控制组装路径实现对组装结构的精确调控 3) 纳米结构的原位、实时和动态极限分辨率表征方法
