个人简介
1988-2014期间在澳大利亚学习工作，曾任澳大利亚科学与工业研究院材料研究所首席科学家。2014年全职回国，任广东省海外引进创新团队项目“淀粉功能材料及产业化”团队负责人。2016年担任中国-新加坡国际联合研究院院长。澳大利亚皇家化学学会Fellow，澳大利亚MONASH大学名誉高级研究员。期刊《Food Research International》（SCI），International Journal of Food Engineering》（SCI），《World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pharmacology and Therapeutics》（SCI），等国际期刊的编委。长期从事天然高分子材料研究，多次作为组委会成员和分会主席组织国际学术会议，受邀作国际会议学术报告15 次，现为中国降解塑料协副会长，已经发表SCI收录学术论文130多篇（其中5篇单篇影响因子超过20），论文累计引用超过5800 次。.
