个人简介

吴哲,女,1984年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。 科研成果:主要研究方向为牧草加工调制技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,参加国家重点研发计划项目、农业农村部项目3项。发表论文23篇,参编著作2部,申请发明专利3项,制定行业标准 1项,地方标准5项。 教学工作:参与本科生核心课程“草产品生产学”、“牧草适口性调控学”、“苜蓿生产学”教学工作。

研究领域

主要研究方向为青贮添加剂及酶制剂研发。针对青贮过程物质变化规律、菌群演变特点、牧草天然属性及乳酸菌和酶制剂功能出发,进行青贮乳酸菌的筛选、基因工程乳酸菌构建、酶的筛选及定向进化研究
