个人简介

吴哲，女，1984年生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。科研成果：主要研究方向为牧草加工调制技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，参加国家重点研发计划项目、农业农村部项目3项。发表论文23篇，参编著作2部，申请发明专利3项，制定行业标准 1项，地方标准5项。教学工作：参与本科生核心课程“草产品生产学”、“牧草适口性调控学”、“苜蓿生产学”教学工作。

研究领域

主要研究方向为青贮添加剂及酶制剂研发。针对青贮过程物质变化规律、菌群演变特点、牧草天然属性及乳酸菌和酶制剂功能出发，进行青贮乳酸菌的筛选、基因工程乳酸菌构建、酶的筛选及定向进化研究
