教育经历 1987-1991 北京农业大学，农业经济管理本科毕业，学士学位 1991-1996 北京农业大学，农业经济管理博士毕业，博士学位工作经历 1996-1998 中国农业大学经济管理学院讲师 1998-至今中国农业大学人文与发展学院副教授，教授（自2006年）主讲课程本科生：发展经济学硕士生：性别与发展，社区为基础的自然资源管理博士生：资源管理与可持续农业获奖农村发展教学的国际化探索与开拓，北京市教学成果二等奖农村发展教学的国际化探索与开拓，中国农大教学成果特等奖《社区为基础的自然资源管理》研究生课程，2013年度来华留学英语授课品牌课程建设农村区域发展专业特色教学成果，2008年校级教学成果三等奖广西桑蚕业竞争力研究，全国农业推广硕士论文优秀指导教师奖
