个人简介

肖红伟,男,博士,中国农业大学特聘研究员,博士生导师,入选国家高层次青年人才计划;中国农业大学“青年新星A类人才培养计划”,2025年亚太国际干燥会议主席;工学院“农产品绿色干燥技术装备”青年科学家工作室团队负责人。主要从事果蔬的“绿色、保质、高效、精准干燥”技术与装备研究并取得如下成果:提出了高温高湿气体射流冲击漂烫的干燥预处理新方法,推动了干燥预处理技术的发展;揭示了真空脉动提高干燥效率和品质的机制,开发了真空脉动干燥技术,解决了表面有蜡质覆盖、高糖分、易褐变、难干燥的枸杞、葡萄等的干燥难题;系统解析了干燥介质相对湿度对干燥动力学和能耗的影响规律,修正了国际上普遍认为降低相对湿度有助于增大干燥速率的观点,提出了基于温湿度调控的果蔬精准干燥理念。发表SCI/EI论文200多篇,其中以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文100余篇(JCR 1区论文81篇,12篇论文先后入选Web of Science高被引论文,1篇入选ESI热点论文;一作/通讯SCI论文累计IF>776,总被引>7500,H-index 48);主编外文著作2部,以第一或通讯作者撰写外文书籍章节8部9个章节;获国家授权发明专利40项;任领域权威期刊Drying Technology副主编,获得国际干燥学会颁发的干燥研究杰出贡献奖等国际奖3项,省级科学技术一等奖1项(第2完成人)、二等奖1项(第2完成人)、中国商业联合会特等奖1项(第3完成人); 培养的博士生和硕士生5人次获得国家奖学金,1人次获得校长奖学金;所指导的博士生和硕士生6人次获得CSC资助赴海外名校深造或联合培养;为西北农林科技大学、南京农业大学、南昌大学等单位培养副教授和学术骨干5人。Drying Technology杂志评选的2016-2020年全球对干燥技术贡献最大的20位学者之一;入选爱思唯尔2021年和2022年中国高被引科学家(农业工程学科);连续3年入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(C-score 2021年全球排名75845,2020年全球排名88147)。 大学开始受教育经历 2001年9月-2005年7月,中国农业大学,工学院农业工程系,工学学士学位 2005年9月-2010年6月,中国农业大学,工学院农业工程系,工学博士学位,导师高振江教授,期间博士论文《西洋参气体射流冲击干燥特性和色泽变化动力学》获得中国农业大学2010年度十佳优秀博士论文(10/504) 2008年9月-12月 北京市研究生党员骨干培训班,清华大学和井冈山 研究工作经历 2014年1月-至今,中国农业大学,工学院农业工程系,副教授,博士生导师; 2010年7月-2013年12月,中国农业大学,工学院农业工程系,讲师 2012年12月-2013年12月 爱尔兰都柏林大学 访问学者,合作导师孙大文院士
