个人简介
罗海玲，女，中国农业大学教授，博导，教育部“新世纪优秀人才”，获“中国女科技工作者服务奖”、“中国畜牧行业先进工作者”、“中国农业大学教学特等奖”等荣誉。国家肉羊产业技术体系岗位科学家、中国畜牧兽医学会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会养羊学分会副理事长、中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学学分会理事、全国畜牧业标准委员会委员、国家肉羊遗改专家组专家、中国农学会高新技术委员会常务理事。
从事绵山羊研究30多年，发表论文200余篇，中英文专著10部，获科研奖励8项，培养60余名硕博研究生。近年来在羊肉品质研究方面成果突出，出版我国第一本有关羊肉品质专著，提出羊产业量质协同提升理论与思想。已培养的研究生曾获北京市优秀毕业生（2人），Tropical Animal Science Production国际会议青年科学家奖（2016），2nd world international conference on sheep 大会优秀论文奖（2018）。
