研究领域

1. 基于NMR技术代谢组学在心脑血管创新药物的发现、评价和成药性等关键环节应用研究 以系统生物学和转化医学研究理念为指导,利用基于NMR技术代谢组学对心血管疾病动物模型、临床病人及药物干预组织及生物体液代谢特点进行研究。上述工作已发表论文12篇。 2. 复杂混合物系统微量物质结构分析 利用HPLC-NMR联用技术,鉴定了天然产物,药物杂质,生物代谢物等五十多个样品。并确定了代谢产物代谢、排泄途径,为其作用机理的阐明提供了一定依据。上述工作已发表论文12篇。 3. 蛋白质溶液结构分析及生物大分子与药物小分子相互作用研究 用2D NMR图谱开展了蝎毒溶液结构分析研究,同时采用NMR饱和转移差谱方法(STD)精确测定药物小分子的结合位点,并确定药效分子群中能够结合到靶蛋白的化合物及其结合能力,从一定程度上阐明药物小分子与靶蛋白相互作用机理。这方面的工作有BACE1与抑制剂AV-4-1的STD-NMR研究;AMPK与新型调血脂药物候选化合物WS070117的STD-NMR研究。
