1. 代谢酶的翻译后修饰(乙酰化,磷酸化和甲基化等)在肿瘤代谢中的作用及其机制; 2. 上皮间充质转化(epithelial- mesenchymal transition,EMT)过程中代谢的变化及作用机制; 3. 肿瘤细胞耐药重组细胞代谢的作用及分子机制研究。
