陈梁 - 复旦大学

个人简介

1977 年年尾参加文革后第一届高考, 被上海海运学院(现上海海事大学)录取, 于78年年初进校.临毕业前参加了1981年全国硕士研究生海商法专业统考, 获得中国教育部出国研究生奖学金, 赴英留学. 在英留学期间,先后获取法学硕士和法学博士学位. 在英短期工作后, 于93年赴香港工作8年,其中6年在香港一所大学教书. 2年在一家大型船公司工作. 01年回内地在一家律所短期工作后,于02年7月到复旦任教,并同时被聘为正教授至今.自2004年开始为博士生导师. 现在和过去在复旦主要教授的课程: 海商法, 国际贸易法, 法律英语,英语授课的中国商法LLM 课程中的中国海商法课目. 国际会议曾参加在中国，美国，英国，西班牙，土耳其，韩国，委内瑞拉，俄罗斯，澳大利亚和香港等地举行的多次国际学术会议。
