研究领域

设计并合成荧光发射波长在近红外二区(NIR-II)的染料分子,研究分子结构与染料摩尔消光系数、荧光波长及荧光量子产率等性能间的关系,通过对染料分子结构优化获得高性能NIR-II荧光染料,并对其进行水溶性修饰且应用于生物成像与检测领域,如血管造影、肿瘤靶向成像与指导切除、动物体内代谢及免疫层析检测等
