个人简介

汪涛教授主要研究方向为智慧城市治理与可持续发展，为建设包容、安全、有抵御灾害能力和可持续的城市和人类住区，应用公共管理、管理科学、大数据与信息科学等理论方法，为制定城市数字化转型、防灾减灾、节能减排、应对气候变化等领域的宏观政策工具和微观治理措施提供科学的决策支撑，对城市现代化治理和实现可持续发展目标的机理、路径与行动决策进行系统研究。汪涛教授入选国家级人才计划青年项目（2021）、重庆英才·青年拔尖人才（2021）、巴渝学者·青年学者计划（2020）、第四批重庆市学术技术带头人（公共管理学）（2024），获得国家自然科学基金青年项目资助1项，面上项目资助3项，主持来自政府、企业、事业单位的咨询课题和教改课题20余项，近年来在Production and Operation Management，Cities，IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management，Resources, Conservation & Recycling，Communications Earth & Environment，Energy，Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews，《管理世界》，《中国管理科学》，《中国人口·资源与环境》等高水平中英文期刊发表论文60余篇，出版专著1部，主编住建部十四五规划教材1部。现任《工程管理学报》及Journal of Green Building期刊编委。教育背景 2003.09 至 2007.07 清华大学建设管理系学士 2007.09 至 2013.01 清华大学建设管理系博士 2010.08 至 2011.01 澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, CSIRO）访问学者工作经历 2019.05 至今重庆大学公共管理学院教授 2016.11 至 2019.04 中央财经大学管理科学与工程学院副教授 2013.04 至 2016.10 中央财经大学管理科学与工程学院讲师 2016.08 至 2016.09 香港城市大学高级研究员（Senior Research Associate） 2013.07 至 2013.12 北京市卫生局发展规划处处长助理
