个人简介

黄勤，教授博导。博士毕业于美国加州大学戴维斯分校，后在硅谷工作。任IEEE Trans. Communications编委，入选国家级青年人才计划和中国科协“青年人才托举工程”，获北京市自然科学奖二等奖（排名1/3）、北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛一等奖，中国航空学会青年科技奖，我爱我师优秀青年教师，获批首届北京高校青年教师“创新教研工作室”。研究方向主要为编码理论及其在通信、存储和导航的应用，所设计的编译码方案被采纳为国家标准，已被大规模广泛使用。发表IEEE Trans. Information Theory和IEEE Trans. Communications等IEEE旗舰期刊论文25篇。授权国家发明专利12项，美国和PCT国际专利3项。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和华为项目等。欢迎有志从事编码理论研究和工程实践的同学报考博士（普博、直博和硕博连读）和硕士研究生,请将个人简历发到本人邮箱。电子信息专业（信通、数电）和数学专业的学生优先。
