个人简介

复旦大学公共卫生学院教授,博士生导师,公共卫生安全教育部重点实验室(复旦大学)主任,上海市重大传染病和生物安全研究院副院长。曾任中国疾病预防控制中心传染病监测预警重点实验室常务副主任、传染病预防控制处处长。中国科学院大学医学院兼职教授、香港大学荣誉教授。余宏杰于1994年加入辽宁省疾控中心从事疫苗可预防性传染病的监测和消除工作。2001-2003年,参加中国疾控中心举办的首期“中国现场流行病学培训项目”。2006年,担任中国疾控中心疾控应急办副主任,2012年,任传染病预防控制处处长。2010-2011年,在亚特兰大美国疾控中心任客座研究员。 获国家自然基金委“杰出青年基金”资助、教育部“长江学者特聘教授”、中组部“万人计划科技创新领军人才”、国务院“政府专家特殊津贴”、国家卫计委“突出贡献中青年专家”、“吴阶平-保罗杨森医学药学奖”、“树兰医学青年奖”、人社部“国家百千万人才工程”、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”和上海市科委“上海市优秀学术带头人计划”。 在国际期刊上发表 SCI 英文论文>270篇,IF 计3,720,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含并列)发表 SCI 论文183篇,IF 合计2,524,其中IF >10为49篇,包括 Science 3篇、Lancet 5篇、New England Journal of Medicine 1篇、BMJ 3篇、Nature Medicine 1篇、Nature Genetics 1篇、Nature Microbiology 1篇、Nature Human Behaviour 1篇、Nature Communications 9篇、Cell Research 1篇、Science Advances 1篇、PNAS 1篇、PLoS Medicine 4篇、Lancet Infectious Diseases 7篇、Lancet Microbe 2篇、Lancet Global Health 1篇、Lancet Public Health 1篇、Lancet Child & Adolescent Health 1篇、Lancet Healthy Longev 1篇;5< IF <10为60篇。24篇同期配发专家述评,20篇以 Fast track 发表。Google Scholar 总引用46,667次,h-index 85;25篇 ESI 高被引论文。

研究领域

新发传染病和疫苗可预防性传染病:主要是针对严重威胁全球公共卫生安全和我国人民健康的新发、重大传染病,包括新型冠状病毒肺炎、新型人感染动物源性流感、季节性流感、呼吸道合胞病毒感染、麻疹、手足口病、登革热等,以往主要运用经典流行病学、传染病学、病原微生物学、免疫学、宿主和病原遗传学、卫生经济学、现代统计学、地理信息学和生态学等多学科交叉技术,研究其传播动力学、流行病学参数、疾病负担、干预措施和临床管理的评价,以及疫苗的效力、效果、安全性和卫生经济学评价等。近年在传染病研究领域拓宽了以往的边界,重点开展新兴跨学科的交叉研究,包括传染病系统免疫学、病毒基因组系统进化动力学、基于定位大数据的人群接触与移动模式、新发传染病的传播动力学和复杂建模、宿主病毒排出和免疫应答规律,及抗原性和基因变异与进化预测等。 1.传染病系统免疫学 随着病原体特异性免疫检测技术和复杂计算科学的快速发展,系统免疫学在全景式解析人群和个体免疫力形成及复杂演变规律中的重要性日益凸显。余宏杰课题组研究方向之一是传染病系统免疫学,通过综合利用现场调查、免疫学、计算生物学、数学和血清免疫学检测技术,对多源、高维、跨尺度的流行病学和免疫力数据进行耦合与重构,开展全人群、全生命周期的病原体特异性免疫应答水平及动态变化机制的研究。 2.病毒基因组系统进化动力学 结合系统发育学、系统进化动力学、流行病学和地理学等多学科交叉技术,整合基因序列、病毒学监测、人群移动等多源数据,从宿主内和宿主间多维视角,开展传染病暴发的时空溯源和时空传播动态研究。 3.基于定位大数据的人群接触与移动模式 基于现场调查、手机信令数据、航空网络等高精度人群时空数据,运用复杂网络、行为科学、计算机模拟、空间计算等多学科交叉技术,准确刻画人群社会接触和移动模式。通过构建群体或个体水平传播动力学模型,揭示人群接触模式、移动模式与传染病时空传播的相互作用机制,评估药物性和非药物性干预措施效果,指导疫情预警和疫苗精准使用。 4.新发传染病的传播动力学和复杂建模 构建数学模型、复杂网络模型等技术,耦合人群接触、人群移动、病毒学监测、免疫、地理环境气候等因素,对传染病暴发和流行的发生、发展、演化过程进行流行病学分析和建模,研究其流行病学特征、传播动力学参数和干预措施效果;采用时间序列分析、人口动态理论、遥感、地理信息技术、空间统计和生态位模型等技术,研究人类、动物、疾病(病原体)、媒介、社会经济、自然环境等相互作用关系。 5.宿主病毒排出和免疫应答规律,及抗原性和基因变异与进化预测 病毒在个体和人群中的感染、致病和传播,及其变异与进化是病原体和宿主免疫系统相互作用的结果。余宏杰课题组通过建立基于医院的病例队列和基于社区的一般人群队列,综合运用病毒学、免疫学、生物信息学和计算生物学等实验技术和分析方法,在个体和群体层面研究宿主的病毒排出和免疫应答规律和机制,并解析其与病毒的感染、致病、传播和进化的相互作用关系,进而对病毒的抗原性和基因变异与进化进行预测。
